Windows 11 on Apple Silicon now supported by Microsoft

I think we have 1 apple silicon mac in the office and for things like Unity it falls right on it face and is absolutely useless compared to the older intel variants. And that is on versions of Unity supposedly supporting apple silicon. The same project on my years old mac book pro takes around 2x or longer to build. On larger projects that already take 5 minutes on my machine to build to device that are then taking 10 minutes it is quite a noticeable impact.

Other tasks it shines amazingly well, but if my work mac book pro died tomorrow I'd be hunting down intel only models still just due to the horrid unity performance. Even when it is thermal throttling (which is a lot) it still beats out the unity build times.

Honestly the HDD is so small though with all my work parallels isn't even a consideration. I think I'll arrange to try to get it on the M1 version though if it is now supported. The porson using it right now might actually benefit from it.
