XFX Support Experiences

They'll give you another 4870x2 lol.. they'll try to get rid of their stock first before handing out new cards
 
shame on you guys trying to fry your xfx product for an upgrade.

xfx is a great company and we should respect and use there RMA properly.

i have 3 xfx products and they are still going strong and zero problems.

xfx all the way :)

Well this RMA experience just keeps getting better. I registered my replacement card on their website, got a new double lifetime warranty for it AND I get a free copy of Crazy Machines 2 for download. XFX rules!:punk:
 
I've only dealth with Corsair and EVGA so far, both were very good experiences. XFX I haven't had anything go bad yet.
 
Just recently sent back both my 4870's, as they were both artifacting. After talking to customer service back and forth, and approving me for rma, I sent the cards the cards out. Couple days after they received them, they both came back as faulty, and quickly sent me out 2 replacements. I just received them today, and am now back up and running, and happy :biggrin:. Glad I went the xfx when buying my cards, will definitely buy from them again.
