I'll be getting these parts within 1-2 months. I want to get your guys approval of the part in the list and compare them to the part in my current set-up.

You could pay less for a Sandy Bridge setup and get much better performance. Also, $225 is way too much for a 6870. Around that price you can find GTX 560's and HD 6950's.

is there any bottlenecks
 
I agree with YukonTrooper, I think the AMD Phenom II BE is at the limits of it's technology. I would rather go I5-2500K with a good mobo in the sub 150$ range, single videocard setup and a case with good cooling, at least Antec 300 with all the fans installed. PSU i would go mandatory 80+ certification, Antec or OCZ. A dual drive setup style ,SSD with Sandforce 1st generation controller for OS and apps (60-120GB) plus a large HDD for storage or a RAID 0 matrix.
