from HWB maybe they werent allowed to get a chip without giving a fair review but cmon have we as a species forgot intel Extreme Edition cpus my wallet still remembers the 4960x >< and the 8gb of ddr 4 Domiators lol

exactly and as a guy who does guy math how much faster is a 9950x3D2 vs old Extreme Edition cpus

I haven't checked to see what the community outrage is like regarding the abysmal performance of these...but AMD told them so; there are good reasons why they didn't make this because it provides almost no advantage for those that want them, idiot gamers with more money than sense.

This is what I kind of remember too is them saying the dual 3d cache wasn't going to provide the performance people hoped for.

I do however appreciate that they still made it and proved it otherwise I think a lot of people would still keep asking (my self included) what if they did it.
