From a serious note it just looks like a printed low quality blanket and is unlikely to truely fool many people. You would be better off making it from actual trash and maybe not include a bottle that is worth a deposit right on top. Seen people break into vehicles for not a whole lot more.

I had saw a blanket sort of cross-stitched out of milk bags (I suppose only Ontario has these?) sitting on a park bench this winter. I imagine an unhoused person must have had an encampment nearby, but it seemed pretty ingenious. Certainly more creative ways than this picture of "trash" - at least make it out of recycled plastic or something!

Cheap guille suit approach would probably go a long ways. And you used to be able to get the bags in Alberta have not personally seen them in 20 years though.
