It looks like a Lian Li V1000 or V1200 to me with the top either replaced or modded for the fans.

Little update over here. Added some more HDDs, SATA cards, hotswap bay and a few days ago or so, a sound card.
24" SATA cables are not long enough to hide behind the mobo tray and drive bays.
Planning on filling the last two 5.25" bays with another ODD and a card reader with USB/FW. Eventually going to remove the tiny fans in the hot swap bay, chop out a bit the 80mm fan mounts at the top rear of the case and install two fans that are on their way atm. Most likely not until I manage a side panel that clears my CPU HSF so I can seal off the top half of the case from the bottom.
