Toronto Maple Leafs...

I think it's the other way round. Toronto is really a lazy team that lacks determination and heart to even commit to playing the game. Most of the players don't care. This was evident in the Boston game the other night.

Nearly every player tried to do too much as if they were full of anxiety of which I do not think it is caused by the GM or Coaching Staff.

With Ron Wilson as the coah the Leafs will have missed the playoffs both years. The team got worse from last year. Now I know they aren't the most talented bunch but at some point the coach has to take some blame.

He knew the Leafs would miss the playoffs both years, he even came out and said it last season, when the Leafs had plenty of time to get in as the 7th or 8th seed. Don't you recall Burke getting mad at him?

Look what Ron Wilson did to the San Jose Sharks. He did quite well.

Paul Maurice coached them and getting 91 pts and missing the playoffs isn't a coaching issue.

Toronto players don't give two shits, that's the problem. You can go after all the coaches and GMs in the world but until your players start giving a shit, you will suck and you will suck hard. That's the case in Toronto, has been for many years now.

I could be wrong but wasn't San Jose a pretty good team when he got there ?

It's his job as coach to make sure his players care if not he can bench them or send to press box.

You're wrong. Sharks were 5th in the Pacific and missed the playoffs in 2002-2003 when he got there.

He has been benching players and cutting them as scratches. My entire point is that most of the Current Lineup doesn't give a shit which is why they suck, not coaching or General Managing.

It's time they take massive paycuts or you bring up as many AHLers as you can.
