I guess Razer released a new set of speakers at CES for laptops.

Supposed to have 360 degree sound that is efficient, and man is the thing tiny, for $60, could be a good deal.

I'm looking at maybe getting one just for ipod use, but I'm gonna wait for reviews on sound quality. I'm going to assume that it's fairly decent, although I can't really say since I've never heard the quality of the Makos.

I don't think anyone has em yet, but they can be ordered off the razer site.

yeah wireless would have been great...still waiting for some reviews on this thing to surface.

Expect subpar sound quality. This is razer we're talking about. Most of the investment went into aesthetics and marketing. I'm surprised they didn't label it "3D Sound"

I think the last time I owned battery powered mobile speakers was when I had a Sony "Discman" TM

I watched some youtube videos unboxing and testing, it seems alright. I will probably purchase one when CC comes in stock.

Wrong. Recent razer audio products actually sound reasonably good.

If the Ferox design is anything like the Mako satellites, I would be buying one without hesitation

awww man! I was going to place an order, but it's on backorder off the website. This product seems to be what I am looking for, so I'll have to keep an eye out for it when it comes back in stock.

There is a video review on Youtube, and judging by the video, it seems to add a whole lot of volume. Of course, it's hard to tell the quality though.
