I would get in touch with legal services in regards to the moving company. At the point where they don't contact you about your goods, its theft. Legal recourse has a way of moving things along faster.

NCIX still hasnt resolved the matter that my order for ram made on the 19th of dec with express shipping. I gave them exact dates, times, and even a bloody screen cap of the payment. Two emails over the course of the past week or so and no response. Oh and CP still hasnt found my i5 they lost either.. Good thing I got a new cpu for xmas, but still sucks ass I have an i5 out in the wild somewhere.
 
Boss said i need to be more accurate with the hours i put in for, and that yesterday i put in for 8 but wasnt here that long and came in late. I politely informed him that actually i did do 8, and was there on time at 8:30 and left at 5. Furthermore if i arrive late, i make sure to stay late to put the full 8 in. He just said, "oh ok."
This place is difficult to stay motivated when im googling for 6+ hours a day, and... my coworker fell asleep yesterday. Why am i here again? Oh ya.. Money.

Seriously, do *not* pay them above the quote value, or at all if the quote gives a timeframe they did not make.

If you pay them then you are in fact encouraging them to do this to me at one point or another, and we don't need another mass shooting, right?

I dont plan to, their General Manager actually seems to have her shit together and has been very helpful and sorted out a lot of things out as well as they have already promised a major discount and a full inspection of all the items. plus they fired the original person who booked my move there as she lied to 3 other people doing the move and caused tons of issues.

Does that mean that you've finally been contacted by head office today and that they're going to make things right?
