BBB is a scam and means nothing to a business.

umm I'm not sure about that, my sister works in the legal field and her practice will not back you is you have a sub B rating with BBB plus my old company got in tons of shit with BBB and it was lots of work to fix it. It maybe in some cases but others it is a important thing

I remember why I gave up on NCIX a long time ago. 3 shipments for an order of 7 items.

The item SKU #27174 has been shipped out to you today. The remaining items (excluding tower case) is ready to be shipped however the courier missed the cut off time and will not be able to pick up the order until Monday morning.

The case always ships separately and last due to it's weight and size. It will most likely go out on Monday with Tuesday at the latest. If there is anything else I can help you with please let me know.

Go look up SKU 27174 and you'll understand why I'm ranting. I bet it'll come in a massive box as well.

Wow, Thats one thing I don't like about NCIX's shipping, order a small item (like thermal paste) and it comes in a massive box! Theres no point in that, just mail it in a bubble wrap mailer and save the consumer some money.

hehe I know what you mean there I had ordered something small an adapter and the box comes and I could have filled the box with 200 adapters lol I opened the box and there was a massive amount of paper when I was lifting the paper out I couldn't find my part I had to go through e paper to find it lol .

Oh look, everything marked as shipped besides the case, with a single tracking number for two separate days of shipments. Fuing NCIX.

Working at a transit company has really screwed with me. I know most people dislike couriers, but god damn, knowing what happens in the background makes it even scarier for me. I fully expect the guy who's supposed to deliver my Cosmos II, to keep it on his truck and pretend he tried to deliver it. The Puro place is only a 3 minute drive away, but without a car I'm ******. $10 taxi ride kinda defeats the purpose of free shipping :bleh:

Google said they'd ship my Nexus 4 out by Jan 2nd at the latest. Jan 4th and all the company offered me is a response akin to 'just be patient.'

I'm a pretty patient guy. What I have no patience for, is a company that doesn't notify me of changes that could mean I'll end up waiting another month for my phone, while they don't even fix their online cancellation system that is pretty much broken.

Oh you should hear the funny stories of those of us who pre-ordered and waited ages for Google to ship the Nexus 7. Canada is not a priority to them whatosever as a customer base, it's sad but true
