Not especially. I don't even have an exhaust fan besides the PSU and it seems to do alright.

This is a personal file server? If so, I suspect the workload isn't all that heavy.

That's an awful lot of storage though....

I wanted something I can work on easily. Adding sleeving just makes it too hard to work on. You can't really make a case like this pretty inside anyways.
