Heyyo,
Hmm, also, have you tried using a program like MSI Afterburner to monitor your PC? It might help you figure out if you are GPU or CPU bottlenecked or something else.

For MSI Afterburner?

Please ignore the old VRAM doubling bug I was experiencing in an earlier version of MSI Afterburner lol, but as you can see? Each of my GPU's was at 99% to just barely hit 60fps... so I wouldn't have been able to get any higher framerate. So in my case if I wanted more than 60fps? I'd need either a better single GPU or a better pair of GPUs for either AMD CrossFire or NVIDIA SLI.

MSI Afterburner
For MSI Afterburner?
- Install it WITH the RIVIA Tuner Server Monitoring
- Go into the "Settings"
- Go into the "Monitoring" Tab
- Select the Options you wish to monitor with (such as GPU Usage)
- Select "Show in OSD" for each option you want displayed
- Go into the "On-Screen Display" Tab
- Setup a shortcut keyboard combo (I use CTRL ' as an example)
- Launch the game of choice and tap your keyboard combo set in MSI Afterburner
- Enjoy!
