Witcher 3 - The Wild Hunt

My 980 definitely isn't sufficient for the framerate I like to play at. I play w/ the all the detail set to low except for textures which is at ultra. I get 65-85FPS @ 2560x1440. A 1080 would be about perfect for a steady 100FPS.

Just wondering but how is 65-85fps not sufficient? Not trolling, just wondering. I mean I guess I get it for a FPS game but something like this game wouldn't anything around a constant 60fps be good? Hell 45 and up I would think would be good enough for this game. But hey to each their own.

Cuts down significantly on motion blur while panning the camera around. I want to be able to sustain 100FPS so I can use ULMB, which nearly eliminates it.

I must say Blood & Wine is pretty hard @ times. Current fight (a random bandit camp) has 30 opponents! Look at that minimap. I killed at least 10 before the screenshot. I have died 6 times now trying to take them on.

I had that issue too at first, then I switched around the potions I used to help regenerate my health faster/more plus using Igni a hell of a lot more too.

Man the final boss fight on Blood and Wine was a real pain, second phase anyways.
