You two sure like them Ferds :bleh: How's the Focus been holding up?
Had an 2016 Escape Titanium as my rental for like 6 months. They're decent little SUVs. Probably my biggest gripe was the location of the driver's foot rest. It's inset so your left leg can't really stretch out (unless you've got stubby little legs). Outside of that, fuel consumption was pretty good but could still pass on the highway, folddowns gave lots of storage. Ride noise is a little higher than I'd like, but not unbearable. If I was going to buy a non-luxury compact, it'd be the escape hands down. :thumb:
A Glock G40 MOS... aka Glockzilla. What a sweet 10mm. Looked at the new Les Baer 10mm... but meh didnt like them THAT much. It is the first Glock that fits my hand like a glove and points perfectly first time every time... and with the 6inch bbl and using longshot poweder I can get 200grainers up to 1400fps easily... for a sweet, sweet 870ft/lbs of energy.... or can load them down to 40 Short & Wimpy speeds for a 'cheater gun' in IDPA/IPSC as its over 30oz empty... and almost zero recoil and muzzle flip at 40 pressures.![]()
