Been over a decade since the last time I posted or even built a new computer...well, custom build...

Here is what to expect!

-Chassis will be all 3D printed.
-Likely semi open concept. Compact setups are to much of a pain to design and build. DO not intend to print someone else's project.
-Will be using my old friend; The Swiftech MCW5002-64T TEC CPU cooler. No idea if ANYONE is still using a Peltier cooler anymore. I have continued to run this cooler on 3 different processors over the last decade. With TDP getting lower on newer processors, this baby just gets better and better.
-Going small this round. Going with a mini-itx board this round.
-Not going super high-end, but enough to have good overall numbers.
-Liquid cooling for the TEC block will be done with Hard Pipe.

Current Hardware to be used. Again, not going for super high-end; however i think this should perform pretty well.

Motherboard: MSI B550I Gaming Edge Max Wifi
Processor: Rysen 7 3700X
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4-2400 8gbx2
Graphics: MSI Aero 1070Ti
Storage: M.2 NVMe WD Black SN850 500GB Gen4
PSU: Enermax Galaxy EVO 1250W

Beyond the 3D printed case, believe the Rysen 7 under a TEC block will be the MOST interesting part of this project.
Have had an originally run a Phantom II and Rysen 5 with this same TEC block, she always runs between 8-15c under typical conditions.

Need a name for this one, Any thoughts?

Love to here some thoughts on this one.

Toss a few photos for viewing pleasure. At this point I'm prototyping parts and have no fully built model of the chassis. Post something on that later.
Yes, dusty!

Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. What printer are you going to be using?

Printer is a Prusa i3 MK3S+.

Curious to follow this one. I assume that is a mix of reused and new parts?
Yes indeed.
Memory, GPU, PSU, and the TEC block are all used components... well Used to this project, i purchased them all new at some point in time.

After a couple free hours, lots of coffee and snacks. CAD prototype made.
Not including the Rad and Pump just yet.

Here is the board assembled with the TEC block just sitting for the time being. Just a mock up for now.
Printed a part of a prototype base for now.

Trying hard to do things differently. SO the plan thus far is for the PSU to sit right on top of everything.
PLUS, I'm having it all reverse facing. So the rear will be the intended front. Cables and connections all visible. Got cable management ideas for a later date.

Here is the CAD model.

All the different parts

Sure as hell is going to be DIFFERENT!
Kinda reminds me of a test bench but, not very test friendly.

For the Rad and Pump/Res I intend to attach it to the left of the assembly. Like will also include some nice Stainless push buttons and LEDs.
