What game are you currently playing? (Screenshots if possible pls)

Finished Jedi Fallen Order. Whew! That last boss battle kicked my butt for almost 3 hours and that was only on Jedi Knight difficulty. I'm slow on the gaming uptake these days lol

Now I can focus my attention on Elden Ring... given my Jedi performance, I may be in for a hard slog in this one ;)
It was a brutal boss for sure. They have that one damn attack that was driving me in to near rage.

I was using a controller for this game and I had to take breaks every few minutes as my hands were getting sore.

That actually reminds me I have both JFO and 'The Force Unleashed' and never played either.

Anyone have an opinion on if the force unleashed be even worth playing or will have aged terribly? I'm trying to gradually clear some of my older backlog first.
I think both The Force Unleased and The Force Unleashed II would look good enough to play. There are likely textures and mods out there for them too, although I haven't checked.

They are both a different gameplay experience from JFO though, so both have something to offer if you like the styles. JFO is really more Tomb Raider style in the Star Wars setting; lots of running, jumping, climbing, and puzzles. It can get a bit tiresome I thought and I just wanted to be a Jedi damn it! Some puzzles don't make sense, I might have mentioned that, like I can't cut something with my lightsaber but I can burn it with fire...?! But I am still glad to have played it, mostly... ;) The other two are more traditional games of the action style, and I think you have more force powers too iirc.

@sswilson it wasn't all in one sitting, but yeah, I would say nearly 3 hrs. There were two other boss battles that took me a couple hrs too I'd say. The game isn't easy, or it wasn't for me anyway lol

@lowfat I'm glad it wasn't just me then! My daughter was laughing at the tirade I would go on each time I died! lol It was a pretty good ending though, no spoilers, so I'm glad I made it.

Decided to play some CP2077 again. Playing in HDR so screenshot doesn't show what it actually looks like. Doesn't look dark lik this at all. Enjoying it a lot again so far.
I've also restarted it. Figured I would give it a shot with the 1.5 patch. Enjoying it again quite a bit. Really like having multiple apartments with other things to do in them. Just wish you could invite your LI to them.

played through me2 and in me3 I was pleasantly surprised at some of the cameos that came in and change the outcomes of some things like the Assasin saved a character that I could either save but lose something or not save and lose him, I wished I could romance jack in this game, she reminds me of someone that I was closed to in my prime.

I haven't spent to much time on it but It's fun playing Instruments of Destruction!
You build your own vehicle then wreck away. They're various challenges to complete or just play in an open sandbox.
Cool little game!

Secret confession;
I never finished Half-Life 2

So I made an attempt to play it last night, and by Odin it feels aged. I'm not sure I feel like putting the effort in to finish it, especially since I think it kind of ends 'unfinished' and that the story never gets wrapped up (barring the elusive HL3 ever being produced)

there have been quite a few games years back that I would be rather quickly usually in one sitting and of course, back then I died a lot because I was barely high enough level for the ENd game so this created frustration and stress. nowadays I take my time for the first playthrough of games and try to actually enjoy it, p[robabbly an age thing when I was younger things needed to be finished as fast as possible it's like on vacation I would be speeding through the mountains and missing all of the sights lol .
but gaming my first playthrough would be on a normal setting and then a while later after beating the game I would put it on max settings and play hard and fast, or like in ARK I sometimes do the speed run using speed run settings the island can take a while but others have beat the Island in a few hours on speed run settings
