    You'd be surprised what you can do and how quickly if you put some time into it these days. The technologies are dead easy to pick up, like React wrappers for your UI and tonnes of free offerings like AWS free tiers for basic use. Try VSCode instead of Notepad++ for a free IDE.

    Amazon Prime Gaming has Assassin's Creed Origins up this month as their freebie, in case anyone forgot to check. I'm an old duffer it seems, playing Darklands, Chaos Gate, and found a copy of F.E.A.R. recently that I'm only at the 3rd stage for.

    I'm still rocking Pixel 2 as my EDC. Still on vanilla and no issues. Its battery life just gets through a day, or maybe I have to top up at least once if I use it heavily. I have a Pixel 6 Pro as well, just too large for me to carry around all the time. What's your ideal budget?
