I'll have to do some testing.

Save yourself the grief. AMD loses a lot of performance as soon as you're not 1:1 with fclk. If your cpu will 'only' do 1900, run the ram at 3800.

you're better off to tighten the timings at a lower MHz then try to run the ram higher and out of sync.

Everything is synced at 1900. Should probably do a stability test.
