Best case fans that are quiet

Yeah I think im going to run into the same issue with the 5090. I'm tempted to go the same route with the vertical mount. But I want to add my SFP adapter to my board as I've got 10Gb fiber running to most rooms in my house right now and want to upgrade to 25Gb in the future. I might just use my case with side panel off for a while then get the O11 EVO XL. Then stuff that with 140mm Chromax fans. Then I might just grab the thermal grizzly if I'm too worried about the cable. With the cost of everything going up so much I am just paranoid and want my stuff to last as long as possible.

If a BTF board didn't cost $1200 id probably just go that route.

If you read the whole thread I linked I'm also using a SFP+ card along with the vertical GPU. I however decided to 3d print a cover so the heatsink wasn't making contact with the ribbon for the GPU. The factory O11 riser specifically from LianLi however is not PCI-E gen 5*.

I did see you had a card. But I thought since mine is 2 port it wouldn't fit when I saw the thread. Reading it again, is your sfp vertically mounted? Are you using the Lian-Li mount? I was saw suggestions to use the Coolermaster instead. Im wondering then maybe if I can make it work that way. Sorry if im going back and forth alot. I tend to figure things out best just bouncing ideas out loud.

Both are vertically mounted. There is no way to make one fit horizontally withe the GPU vertical even a low profile server card.

Oh that's perfect. So there is a slot where the NIC can be mounted vertically? Obviously needs another extension cable or adapter to make it 2 pci-e slots.

Yeah short extension, 3D printed shroud helps keep the connection secure. GPU is closer to the glass to provide some clearance. I customized an IO bracket to mount it higher (clearance issues with the mounting of the GPU extension to the bottom of the case)

I don't have good photos of it due to the bulk of the GPU and extension hiding anything worth picturing.
