Also, don't suck at this game otherwise everyone else in the game will rage at you, because god forbid you try and learn how to play the game.

I have been watching it a lot (The Defense + Beyond the Summit + The Interntional 2), I played a bit of DotA but I haven't tried Dota 2 yet.

I use to be good at DOTA havn't played in a while though, I need to try Dota 2 (I got keys as well), but I'm not to shabby at HON wasn't a big fan of LOL though (to kiddy looking for me!)

Have they made it any easier to learn in recent updates? I haven't tried it in months, and just gave a few copies away to friends and wouldn't mind trying it with them but I feel so inadequate when I play.

Honestly, you need someone to teach you this game if you don't want to be completely lost for a long time. If some of you wanna gather together at a time and hop into Ventrilo, we can use my server and I can teach you some basics that'll help you a lot.

Me too, if we had enough of us to have a private game. I don't mind arranging around the BC folks schedule, so post it up if those feel inclined.
I sometimes sit in the HWC steam group chat, but no one ever joins. Forever alone.

even more vicous I would say. on avg a game lasts 45 minutes to an hour. So if you have bad teammates it can be frustrating since you cant concede.
