Yeah, but he's up past 5 hours.

I always run blend (8 hours +) as I feel it gives me a better "total system" stress test.

Agreed, when initially overclocking a system I use blend. When I start maxing out my clock speed with a higher multiplier, then I'll run the smallFFt test.

I prefer SmallFFT first THEN do blend.

Better to have your cpu stable than your ram.

Thats a very impressive OC indeed...particularly that vCore....cannot beat those Chips for under $200!!!

My e8400 E0 stepping is running at 4Ghz right now, vcore is 1.23V @ load no problems (11 hrs of small ftt's + 11 hrs of blend). Using a gigabyte ep45-ud3r board. idles 28, load 47 (ocz vendetta 2 + ocz freeze paste). Very solid setup

Monster chip you have there E86, at that voltage you should be able to get more out of the chip say 4.3 to 4.4.

Most def, but anything at 4.2Ghz+ speeds up the heatsink fan too much and I'm trying to keep this system quiet .
