Thanks Avenger, that clarifies things however, I was intending to go with the a 6-3500 for budget reasons. If I went with the a8-3850, the CPU and motherboard would be about $200 alone. And I would blow my $300 budget.
So I decided to go with a Celeron G530 because it offers a better upgrade path. If the Intel GMA is too weak, then I'll just buy a discrete passive cooled GPU. Thank you frontier for your Celeron build.
