The attention to detail and the effort he put in with the tools he had availiable was really impressive. Things like a powered jointer and planer would have made his life easier but he made what he had work (besides some short clamps)

End result was amazing too

Kinda wish he would make my rad enclosure I want for me
 
May want to stay away from Popeyes in TO. Not surprising at all to hear about possible rotting chicken from a shady supplier since TBI also owned Timmy and their quality went straight to hell.

I think this story has been floating around for a while now, but Popeyes has been at the bottom of my list for fried chicken joints for quite some time now anyways. Unfortunately it's at almost every ONroute (Hwy 400/401 stops) - Burger King, Popeyes and Tim's, the trifecta of RBI. I'm surprised they haven't managed to replace the Subways there with Firehouse Subs.

Best not to look too deep into any fast food joint though... or any dining establishment really... look at all those places Gordon Ramsey finds for his shows too :sick:
 
Personally not a big fan regardless of any questionable quality issues. I don't like the frank's hot sauce flavouring, and popeye's seems to be based on that.
