Congrats, solid rig. I don't like Zalman coolers, but I've yet to see reviews for their offerings when paired with a 1366 CPU.

I used google translate on a review of the 10x extreme and it seems to be fantastic... but we will see I could grab a noctua lga 1366 cooler instead. Also this pcpnc 750w is more then enough right?

The Corsair H50 might be a decent option too. From what I've seen it puts it on-par or slightly cooler than a TRUE. And they cost pretty much the same.

Everything looks good, but as the others mentioned, I'd get a new heatsink.
I'd recommend either the Noctua NH-U12P or Xigmatek's Thor's Hammer.

EDIT: Or, of course, a TRUE
