What is your Internet speed?

Bell 1.5 gig package (Ontario) that was on boxing week sale for $45/month for two years. Replaced the Gigahub 2.0 with a XGS-PON.

Telus 1Gb symmetrical. Now working for my ISP I know all new builds are getting XGS-PON so they will be ready for 10Gb and even offer 5Gb right now in some places. But for now I'm stuck on good old GPON.

is that Wifi 7? I get like 500 near a AP with Wifi 6. Also you got some fast net damn.

Yeah, wifi 7 on my oneplus 12R with unifi U7 Pro 6ghz band. Also of interest (to me anyways.... ;) ) is that the AP it's connected to is being fed through household coax cable by a 2.5G MoCA adapter which makes the speed even more impressive. :)

I have the same MoCA adapter I believe. I use it to get my internet up to my office up two floors over that old coax. This is the speed I am getting and I'm perfectly fine with that. I'll eventually do a proper ethernet pull, but this works well for now.

I don't have a portable device w/ a 2.5G ethernet port so I can't test the full throughput at the port. Based on my experience with the Screenbeam 1G MoCA adapters I'm expecting it'd be somewhere around what you're seeing on yours.
