Backstory: I helped a person with warranty regarding an item I sold awhile back (to another person). The replacement finally arrived yesterday and I sent him the canpost quote for shipping; however, he sent $20.00 extra. I don't really feel right keeping it since it was just a matter of filling out a few forms. So, I'll just give it away as a steam game worth <= $20.00 (e.g. Torchlight II).

First one to solve this simple physics problem gets it:

Given a vertical, suspended mass-spring system where displacement from equilibrium equals 20 mm. Calculate the natural frequency (angular speed).

Got a couple of 450's, came with HAWX 2 (steam). Don't need it. So here we go again. You'll have to give it a bit of "work" this time around. Solve one of the following:

1. Given the following modal parameters: 

    ωn = 1268.0951 Hz
    ζ  = 2.1770E-02
    m  = 0.6082
    k  = 38609567.0036

Synthesize the frequency response [both Real(G) and Imaginary(H)] from 1200 to 1210 Hz 
@ 1Hz intervals.

You can manually compute it, "guestimate" it, use matlab or whatever  method you deem fit. 
Just give me something close enough and it's yours.

2. Connect all dots using 4 straight lines.

It's a cool little puzzle, so I discourage "cheating" :D Send me a drawing of the solution.

Bought a few 460's for folding, came with Just Cause 2 free steam codes. Used one, gave away the rest except this one. Nvidia site says it's good up to Sep 30 or until supply lasts, but they all worked so I'm assuming this one works too. If you're interested, Seventh person to ask for it wins. :biggrin:
