The Gigabyte MC13-LE1 and MC13-LE0 are two AMD Ryzen 7000 series AM5 server motherboards with ECC DDR5 support and IPMI management
they use the B650E and give you a PCIe 5 x16 slot, a PCIe 4 x4 M.2 and x4 slot. the only difference between them is dual 1GbE or dual 10GbE. these use ASPEED AST2600 BMC, so are fully managed.
article also says these can use unregistered ECC memory.
