Not to read too much into the lack of knowledge, but it is a flaw of our "it's good enough" culture.
There were clearly many points in the video where he just didn't even know the terms for the parts he was interacting with, let alone the correct way to do something. But I see it so often where people don't want to actually learn something. They just want to get by. But words matter, definitions matter, the right way to do something even if it is harder and takes more effort does matter!
