That Zalman cooler could be better replaced by an OCZ Vendetta 2 or Coolermaster Hyper 212+ for like.. half the price.
If you are looking to save money, the HAF is a good case (supposedly, don't own 1) but there are more affordable out there for sure.
Gaming boards and mice are pricy, I personally don't see much of a gain in my performance for the cost.
That PSU is a bit heavy for all that, unless you plan to go crossfire later. On the other hand a 550W or something would be under more stress during load and have a shorter lifetime (potentially) soo, that's your call.

Oh, lastly, the XFX 4890 is only 215.99 at newegg.ca so that's a bit better.

EDIT: IF you don't intend to overclock, save some money and don't get the 955. And if you're not overclocking, you probably won't need an aftermarket cooler either.

if you don't have the money now, just wait for the next gen stuff coz they are just around the corner.

i probably will crossfire later when i get the money to do it

Could I suggest an i7 build instead?

i was thinking about that but i heard they run hot but i wont leave it out.
