A good friend and former coworker of mine is a finalist in this contest and he sure could use the votes to help him better his life. This guy is worth it!

These are usually tracked by IP. Depending on who your ISP is, and assuming you're not on a static IP, you can probably just keep rebooting your modem for a new IP and vote every time it reboots. You could get your buddy a few hundred votes a day. ;)
