Just ordered a set of these online. Was about to purchase them through newegg.ca, however I googled last minute and found a great deal on them with free shipping as well. Works out to be about $40 less then newegg.ca after shipping and taxes.

I read many reviews on them over the past 2 days, and am very satisfied with the things I have read. Hope this helps someone else too!

They are out of stock, but honor the price still, and quoted me they will ship out in 10 days or less.

Nope never as good as the real thing but the g930s are actually pretty darn decent. They are better then the g35s they semi-replace (i have both and use both). TBH, I prefer these to the Psyko's I have as they do a decent job at music (no where near audiophile grade but much better then I thought they would be as they are usb cans), a good job at movies and in games you can change the "volume" of each of the simulated speakers to make the front/back more apparent or relaxed to compensate for less than optimal surround sound stage in a game...something the psykos can NOT do. I srrsly would recommend them over the Psykos to 95% of peeps. Only down side is their batery life which is more like 8 - 9 hrs depending on use...but they can seamlessly be plugged in and charged while being used so no biggie. AND they have great wireless distance. Crisp clear sound even when on a different floor from the base station!

Hi there AkG, I see that you have a set of Psyko Headphones. I thought I was the only person other than my wife.who truly owns a set of these. I always check the Review posts but I have not seen a proper review. Did you happen to post a review somewhere? One thing to note,, you CAN adjust front, back etc, for these cans through your Sound card and THX. I have done it but you may lose the 'Sweet Spot' designed into the Psyko that allows for a more desk top surround sound. Both my wife and I love the Psykos. How about you? Given the pros and cons, negatives etc. your input would be very interesting. I have been the only one here that raves about them so please give us your valued and respected opinions. Thank you very much.

Yes you can (thats how I did it actually) but you have to do it through third party software; whereas Logi includes it in their software in an easy straight forward manner (each "speaker" has a number between 1-11 representing how loud it will be. as well as an overall equalizer). If the Pysko's came with this kind of granular control at the hardware level...they would be incredible. If they did it at the same price point as the 930s...they would be unstoppable. As it stands they are finky, pricey gaming cans who are good-to-great IF you put the time into tweaking them. All in all I really like them, but I don't "love" them as they are for gaming ONLY. Music, video, etc all none gaming situations are a less than optimal experience with the PA 5.1s. Whereas the logis are more a "jack of all trades" pair of usb cans.

HWC will have a review on the PA's at some point in the near'ish future as I got mine directly from PA. I actually got to to talk with the creator of them on the phone before they sent them to me for review (kinda funny but it almost like an hour+ interview! But I cant blame them after the hatchet job another site did to them). Mine are the newer "rev 2" version which have been tweaked slightly wrt noise leakage. :)

Looking forward to your review.I believe that once the Psykos are better understood, the less flak will be tossed at them, It seems that some people just can't wrap thier head around how the unique design really works. Thank you.
