I've built my system recently and I'm gonna test my gpu (ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 5070 OC Edition)...
my gpu 3dmark benchmark scores:
Steel Nomad: around 5400.
Speed Way: around 5960.
but the Port Royal is under 14000 that too low!?
what's my gpu problem with 3DMark Port Royal!?

Could be simply a bug from the driver or windows.

If your games runs fine and you can play and enjoy them, don't worry!

However, one thing to verify is if resizable bar is enabled :

To verify if Resizable BAR is enabled for your GeForce GPU, open the NVIDIA Control Panel, click on System Information in the bottom left, and look for "Resizable BAR" on the right side. If it says "Yes," it's active; if it says "No," you need to enable it in your motherboard's BIOS settings

A quick Google says that gpu typically scores between 14000-14500. I wouldnt worry about it that much. Better off to go play some games and see how it performs.

Also for benchmarks you can't have Gsync enabled. Not sure if you did or not.
actually I use a samsung 43 inch full hd tv

I get disappointed with hardware I sometimes buy, I buy new hardware like a great GPU Motherboard CPU do test s and it doesn't come out like I expected, meaning in my case all the money time that I spent and the score is lower sometimes much lower that what I feel I paid for. mind you I am more of an AMD person and when I compare my scores to others that are running stock its usually on the lower end of their averages which again disappoints me but then I play games and everything is excellent no issues sometimes frame rates may drop to mid 60fps but in some parts of some games that's expected .
To summarize what others have said already if the games run better than I wouldn't worry about the score, I push to worry about temperatures and other things flickering and stuttering which for me so far hasnt happened

I wouldn't think having it on would make a huge difference, at least from what I read about it on AMD gpus.

Looking at the leaderboard @Jokester had it I think typical scores for a 5070 are low 14k on port royal. The fact that it is a 5070 OC is pretty irrelivant and just usually means it boosts a little more if the cooler can keep up. If your just a little under 14k your pretty much there a spread of 100 points or so is pretty small in actual results.

Resizable bar does make a different in FPS counters, not sure how much of a difference it makes in a benchmark been too long since i mess with it directly.

Also if you installed your NVMe drive into a specific slots it can effect the multiplier on the primary PCI-E slot down from 16x to 8x. worth double checking against your manual.

Professional benchmarks with that same OC card scored 14200 with a 13900k which is faster*
