It's not so much about how many releases there are, it's that we all assumed the naming convention was based on what month it was released in....

This update screws AA on Skyrim. I can't believe AMD would do this what is suppose to be a final driver!!!!

• <LI id=rrli72>Alan Wake - Enabling CrossfireX can cause corruptions or hangs. This issue will be fixed in AMD Catalyst 12.3

this is a driver related bug. People with 6xxx series cards have the same issue as well. I haven't heard anyone with the 7xxx series complain about this as you said.

Guess I won't be updating to 12.2 if there are problems with AA in Skyrim. I was also thinking about playing Alan Wake at some point too, and I see this introduces issues with crossfire. There aren't really any improvements listed that I need.
