Below is a shot of the error - seems like it shouldn't be a system issue if the error occurs on the same disk when I swap bays.....

Just to follow up, second replacement drive works fine - I guess the other two really were duds - i must say that i received good service from NCIX.

I would ask for a partial good-will refund. You shouldn't have had to spend $50 in shipping to get a working drive (on top of your original shipping from NCIX).

They paid for the shipping both ways on the second RMA without me asking - I was pleased with that.
