So I ordered/bought 3 items from Tigerdirect online.
One of them being a "Bulk pack" Jawbone prime.

It felt sketchy from the start, "Bulk"... wtf is "Bulk"?!

I should have known it was a new codeword for these retailers to utilize instead of "Refurb".

It arrived in the original packaging but missing covers inside the packaging, and the headset itself was broken.
When I say "Broken" I mean BROKEN.
The Ear piece was clearly torn off from the front part of the headset.

Hopefully, TD is good with returns.
They certainly seem so as they have said they'll give me a refund for the item, shipping and the return
shipping as soon as they receive back the item.

Lol. I ordered from TD *once*. I ordered a retail CPU and they shipped me an OEM. When I called in to complain they had changed the description even though my invoice indicated retail. They wouldn't do anything for me.

I never shopped there again.

Glad they're sorting it out for you though.

I also *once* ordered online from them, they didn't ship me all the parts even though they said they did. So I drove down to their warehouse where they said I could pick a motherboard up. Then when the people at the store had no idea what I was talking about, and refused to let me skip the line and tried to force me to pay for the motherboard a second time (I figured I shouldnt have to stand in a 40+ line considering they ****** up) I sort of raged and yelled at a lady and walked out. I never went back.

Their stores are good with returns, from what I can tell its a dont ask dont tell policy there, they do open the box to make sure its in there, but beyond that, no questions asked (they become their "refub" items quickly I'm guessing). I've returned a couple things. Haven't bought from them in a while though.

Dont think I've ever bought from them online, I doubt I would anyways though. Highly suggest to stay away from their refubs though...

I agree with Jon here, the stores themselves are much better since you can actually see whatever you're buying and the staff aren't half bad. Online shipping with them is an absolute nightmare though if you ever need to return something. Ordered an online only item but it was defective so to save on shipping costs, tried to return to the retail store with absolutely no luck.
