NVIDIA Fires Back; Cuts Prices of GTX 660, GTX 650 Ti Boost & GTX 650 Ti

I'm surprised there is no 20-25$ less on the 7-series also, the gap just got bigger.

Are the 760-770 selling good nowadays?

I think they're selling pretty well, though it might have died down a bit. I don't get why there's no drop on the 760. 7970s are going for the same price roughly(though after mail in rebates).

Interesting. I wonder how AMD's new cards will slot into this for fps/$. Hopefully not too much longer until we find out. A 660 would be a nice upgrade over my 460...but I fear I am in need of a full platform upgrade first.

Very very disappointing....

Prices drops on 760s and 770s would have been much more appreciated...although, the coming out of the eventual 770Ti might actually cause the 760s and 770s to drop a little....

We're doing a $/FPS chart for the reviews. It is interesting to say the least. But I think NVIDIA's refusal to cut the GTX 770 / GTX 760 prices will bite them in the ass.

Nah. If I was in the market for a new 1920x1080 card and didn't have a 670 already, I'd be all over the 6 series before the 7 series, before or after the price drop. In other words, the price drop makes the 6 series an even better value over the 7 series than it already was.
