Rants etc.....

another thing I do is like the barbers used to do place a hot towel on the area being shaved , I used to shave sometimes with my Knife years ago, of course when I did I only had whiskers , I probably spent way to much time sharpening my knife blade, hell I used to show off whe ncamping and shaw with my favorite axe ( before I used it lol) . but razors are the best way to shave, I never tried with a straight razor .
now days I doubt that I would have the patiences to sharpen anything sharp enough to shave it taks a long long time to hand sharpern then hand hone the blade .

went for a run this mornin in the snow ( only 5-6 cm powder) got home now I feel my shoulders are starting to give me that pain which will stat to make my stomach upset then a migraine will hit, I hate taking pills but I am going to have to take one soon .

yea man, i get that feeling after being in the saddle for too many hours, Catch it right away don't wait and see if it'll get worse. I also avoid meds whenever possible but if I know whats coming I catch it early when I can.

People with big trucks and parkades. If you've got an extra long box, quad cab, and a trailer hitch, stop parking on the end spot where I have to turn. The Traverse has a fat ass and sometimes it's hard to navigate around your small penis excuse of a truck. (Although, not as bad as the new Pathfinder. That feels like a boat) Especially when there's two of em right across from each other.

Calgary problems...

had a slight coigh the other day after my run in the snow, last night the cough was a little worse, this morning I have aches and pains ( flu like simptoms) in every part of my body that has a problem like my back and such.

because of my back injury a couple ofeeks ago I mised a fair amout of my runsa and oher exercise routines so today I forced my self out the door and jogged I only jogged just over 6 km and when I walked in the door I was sweating allot more then usual which is normal being sick, wel it is half hour later and now I am thinking that this was a very foolish thing to do I am achachy and sweating and of course I just realized that since I have a temperature a little hiher then normal it most likely will not be a good thing to go have my Hot shower because it will raise my body temperature even high.

grrr man what was I thinking because of this I might miss out on even more exerise nd run days.

Ouch :( this is after a little incident at the farm tonight. seemed 2 of the male dogs needed to fight it out and i happened to be right there. just used some horse doctoring stuff we had in the first aid kit.

Rants

Had the same happen with my 2 females. Still have a bit of a scar left on the 1 hand, but the other just got the thumb chewed on...:blarg:

The 2nd time even with collars on I still got bit in the thumb!:angry2: Ahhh the joys of owning a dog...lol

I would recommend some aloe after it's been unwrapped to help reduce scarring. Not 100% but works pretty damn good.

Hope ur feeling a bit better. I'm only making an assumption, and we all know where that leads, but just get the horse to step on ur foot and u'll forget about the hand for a few minutes anyway.:haha:
