Rants etc.....

I'm on the list of houses that normally would have handed out candy that didn't. Doesn't help that due to stupid aspirations of wanna-be politician that my wife was laid-off as of Friday. So we decided to just have family time at home. I didn't turn on my computer barely touched my phone, didn't go out to the garage etc. Blinds drawn, outside lights off, no decorations and still had 3 groups of kids ring the doorbell.

The first halloween we were here had over 100 kids, the following years (still pre-covid) we bought expecting 100+ kids and got 30. Normally would give out full sized bars though not those darn mini ones.

So wifes not feeling good this afternoon ends up at the hospital turns out she has an inflamed heart and they don't know why, they got her on a super dose of Advil it's helping, Doctors are thinking it is caused by lack of fluids mainly and her not eating regularly enough in the last few days but the doctors also brought up that this is one of the complications from a covid vaccine they don't think its that since we got vaccinated months ago. luckily the doctors said it was pretty easy to treat and we caught it pretty early so they say there is no heart damage from what they can see, fingers crossed.

My wife has a bad habit of not wanting to drink a lot of anything cause she has a tiny bladder she ends up in the bathroom 40 times a day, which makes life really hard for her with work and really really hard when she's in surgery which happens several times a month.
It's not good and we will have to keep an eye on it, the last thing we need in this house is another unhealthy person.

that sucks , but people need to drink water that s the key thing that keeps our system clean and functioning properly

Ya, she knows but even the doctors are not sure if that's the cause it could be but they also said it's a pretty common problem and can happen for any number of reasons, dehydration is the best guess, it was pericarditis. Thankfully there should be no damage to her heart because she caught it early is what the doctors said only time will tell know, just concerns me with it being a side effect of the mRNA vaccine in her age group. She's ok she just feels really tired but they got her on 600mg of Advil like 6 times a day and so far it has helped a lot compared to the way she was feeling.

it all started with a huge schedule change for her at work and just cascade on through everything in her life, from 12 hrs nights to 10 hrs days and its been really ruff on her, but she will be ok she getting better but is going to take a couple of days if not a week or two.

but a handy idea which I have told her to do but I can't make her do anything as any married man knows
