Mine's not time of day dependent, weather dependent, load dependent, literally just occurs at absolute random.

Bell guy checked the line to my home, check the box, everything.

No sure how close your neighbors are...but if they are fairly close. Have you had a chat with them to see if any of them are experiencing the same thing as you?

OMG, why am I so tired today. It's been a continuous yawn fest all day.

And what's up with snowmageddon on Wednesday, I've entirely had enough of the white crap this year, I don't need another 50cm.

Unfortunately the talking heads are suggesting that we're running about 1 month behind the norm for this year so I'm not expecting to see anything even closely resembling spring until end of may / early june.

Not close to them at all, though the tech had said they had fixed someone else's problem in the area due to a loose connection at the pole. So he checked mine and said it was fine.

What's also annoying is everytime I respond to a Teksavvy tech support e-mail I get someone else and I seem to need to explain my issue every damn time. Why am I not getting the same person?!
