Sorry to hear about that down east weather though. We have a bit of rain forcasted for the weekend, by a bit I mean all weekend long. But given the choice, I would rather that then be snowed under!

I have that problem with my shaw modem it isn't over heating but it is hot most of the time .
I need to switch from shaw to something like teksavy downgrade my speed one tere and then ad on unlimited downloads shaw is pretty expensive and there modem router sucks eggs
 
I'm dealing with some shaw shit for our office in calgary right now. Internet keeps going down but modem can still be pinged and such but the only way to get internet back is to power cycle the modem but they insist there is nothing wrong with it so they wont even send a tech out to test it.
 
Rogers internet has been crapping out the last few nights :angry2:

Also, skype as a messenger blows. Is there a good replacement that is similar to the more classic versions of MSN messenger that can still work with my MSN (skype) contacts? Is free Trillian any good?
 
Been stuck doing a different position at work, trying to get clients to upgrade to Windows 7.

Tell clients they finally get a new OS at no charge - Happiness.
Tell clients they have to drop it off themselves - END OF THE WORLD.
