It's a 31'-long trailer. Either was stolen for the upcoming construction holidays (alongside boats, seadoos....), to be used as a meth house or pot plantation guardian shed.

It was parked next to my father-in-law's house. I mean, the 30A electrical cable was connected to the house... with 2 Master locks on it. Cop said they don't care about locks, they simply attach the tongue with heavy chains and hooks, lift the A-frame using a towing, and travel to a safe location nearby to remove the locks. There they hook up to a pick-up and off they go into the night.

Next trailer will be secured with twin 3/4" chains: into the trailer wheels, and one to a tree.

Assholes.

That's pretty bloody ballsy to just hook up to it and drive away... I'm praying that it's covered under somebody's home insurance.

We have insurance, but not full-price (not offered on trailers). Though no insurance for the equipment inside.

I gotta practice taking pictures while driving as this one sucks, phone camera...

Almost ran him over as it was drinking water from a puddle in the middle of the street, took him to the SPCA, they were gonna put it down unless I brought it back to within a km of where I found it for mom to come and get it.. Brought

it back to where I found it and stuck the critter in a tree but he kept coming back 2 me...


Then my wife says I should've brought it home... yeah RIGHT!!! 2 dogs eat it or eventually it'll eat them,....lol

Couldn't have been more than a few days old, shaky legs and all.......

Had a buddy of mine get his holiday trailer stolen out another buddies farm yard over night a few days ago. Took some balls to try that, but until there is actual punishment, or cops actually trying to recover stolen goods this is the road we all travel.

Holy moly man that sucks, timing and everything else!!! So much for that trip.

I had a trolling motor stolen off of the back of my boat right in my driveway under my neighbour's bedroom window, the dogs didn't bark or anything...

In my case I lucked out as it was about a yr old and I had replacement ins with small depreciation.


Always a pita dealing with insurance though, whether their good or not is still a hassle.

Now I feel bad for posting those pics, maybe u can get a smile out of it anyway.

That looked like a sweet unit too... and good luck with that mess. Hope it works out somehow.

Tell ya what, I'm gonna have a cpl 3 shots for ya, drown ur sorrows hehehe. Can't hurt, at least I don't think so.
