A painted OEM part is somewhere between $400 - $475 pre-tax/shipping but might be a PITA to change outside in my driveway during the winter......

edit: I may check out one of the new(er) plastic welding businesses to see what they have to offer as well....

I just counted and I have 11 between today and yesterday. 8 more if I count back to the 23rd. Yes I get it stuff is on sale.
 
- Someone decided to play bumper tag with me on the Trans Canada this weekend. Went off the road @ ~90kph and slid sideways for a few hundred feet. I'm physically fine and my car seeeems to be alright after blasting all of the snow and ice out of the rims, but I have been sore all weekend and not sleeping well.

- My LP is garbage and stopped producing one of the only strains I signed up to them for. They are a massive company and have been doing it in Europe for years, yet they come to Canada and can't handle producing 6 strains? This is after they jacked prices up from $5/g to 6.75/g one week before I signed up. :angry2:

- This morning my full grain leather messenger bag decided to stop holding onto its strap. Tore right through the leather loop that holds the D-rings on for the strap. Can't imagine what it's gonna cost to get fixed since it'll involve taking out a major part of stitching that holds the bag together. Definitely something I can't DIY.

The upside to all this is that I spent the large majority of the christmas weekend with family.
 
Had a chance to do a Burton Cummings event at the hard rock new years eve 30 hr free show ( security) but I was distracted yesterday at work and forgot to sign up for the event now I am out getting paid to watch Burton Cummings:(

My lord I bite at being a remote student.... I'm watching an instructional video on the focusing settings/features of my new (to me) camera body and it's just going right over my head.... keep having to "rewind" the video to catch something I missed. Feels like trying to get the individual notes/chords down for a song I'm trying to learn............
