Rants etc.....

I hate Canada Post and it's "Expedited Parcel" bullshit. How can a small item be picked up in MISSISSAUGA, ON on Friday 13th Oct just sit for almost a week without a damn update? Garbage service from a garbage outfit. Privatize the buggers, it worked in a lot of other countries, it will work here. They guaranty deliver in 7 business days or less, then sit on the parcel for how many days before they move it just to make the maximum? The idea is less time you morons, not more.
 
I have a 9l Cummins engine in one of my vac trucks and it has all the new environmental systems such as dpf, def, soc, egr and Jesus it is a nightmare. It burns more fuel, pumps hot exhaust gasses back into the engine causing soot buildup in bearing orfaces, super hot engine temperatures, major fuel consumption issues and just got a quote of $2000 to clean the dpf filter and replace urea injector. Probably another $3k in other related repairs.

So for doing the right thing I make less money, have more downtime, and pay more in repair and fuel. On top of that, the government is raising fuel taxes to make it make even less sense. All of my competitors must be laughing thier ass off at me.

It is about $10-15k to tear all that garbage off, and could spend double that putting it all back on if the government decides to mandate it by tying it into your cvip.

Pretty much sums up the problems with the world perfectly IMHO. Do the right thing, and pay severely...

grr so I finally get into the game Middle-Earth: Shadow of War on my pc after hour and hors of playing I am in the 20s level something happens and my pc restarts I restart the game and get a message saying "save game data is not compatible with the latest update of Shadow of War" now i have to restart everything from the beging which I am doubting I am going to do I was just finishing a quest that would more then likely made me able to summon a drake
 
Just about had to peel a teenager off my hood. Blasting across a pitch black intersection on a bicycle while I am turning right (in my particularly loud car) is a surefire way to make everybody's day shit.

Oh and to add to rant night. Canadian Tire pulled some major bullshit today. Bosch has some model number fun with their Icon line. In my particular case, I need 28" asymmetrical blades because my wipers don't go wipe in the same direction. Bosch makes the 28OE symmetrical, and 28AOE/28BOE asymmetrical. I picked up the 28AOE from CT and get home to notice that the blade is the symmetrical. The sacks of shit put 28AOE labels over their 28OE blades. There was at least 20 like that with the real 28AOE in the back of the rack. That is just blatant lying and cost me a 30 minute ride to Calgary to fix.
