Rants etc.....

Well, we had the close call with my mother-in-law getting COVID after Christmas, now it's my own household's turn. Daughter tested positive Wed morning, confirmed via PCR test.

Just a bad cold so far; headache, sore throat, stuffy head, with a decent fever; so hopefully it says that way. Wife and I have testing negative so far... so we'll see. Knew it would get it us eventually. Kind of wish we all had it at the same time. Would make the isolating easier! ;)

If you live live together and spend a lot of time around each other, then the chances are high you got it as well.

Yeah I figure the only way we'll escape it is if our immunity is somehow better than hers. She's hasn't had a booster where we both have, but that's no guarantee for sure, so we'll see.

I did everything in my power to avoid covid, social distancing, including staying home for a year, wearing masks, sanitizing, all of the shots, and I still got it TWICE. As did my wife and children. Luckily it was mild both times.

Yes I remember you mentioning that before! That was certainly not the experience most of us hope for. Crazy.

My son had it twice, wife twice, me none, daughter once. Son was down and out for a few days and bounced back pretty strong.
