Okay, so I'm RMA'ing my Corsair H60 to Corsair because the radiator had damage. I contacted Corsair and they were kind enough to send me a prepaid waybill with UPS so I didn't have to pay to ship it to them. I called UPS the following day and scheduled a pickup, and asked the customer service person I was speaking with if there were any forms or anything I would need to fill out since it was going to the US, and she told me there wasn't. The next day when the driver arrived to pick it up, I asked him the same question, he looked at my waybill and I told him I was returning it and he also said there wasn't.
So thinking everything was in order I didn't worry about it too much until I received a call from UPS yesterday telling me I need to fill out a bunch of paperwork for US customs detailing the item so duty, tariffs and all that other crap can be figured out. I've already purchased the unit (From NCIX), so duty, tariffs and that stuff shouldn't be applicable should it not? I'm just returning it to get it exchanged with a working unit.
I realize I'll probably have to call UPS on Monday to get the proper answer but can anyone with experience RMA'ing stuff to the US possibly shed some light on this issue for me here. Thanks!
