LG C2, PG42UQ, and presumably LX3 are the same 42" panel, with the LX3 being bendable.
Key differences between C2 42" & PG42UQ is the Asus has 1.4 Displayport, a matte coating (trade off antiglare for colour vibrancy), and a heatsink which should sustain higher nits of brightness. Displayport should allow it to go into standby mode without playing around with a TV Remote to turn off/on if that is desired. Also 138hz mode vs 120hz but that is largely irrelevant.
LG C2 42" is already on sale regularly - even in Canada, due to it being an undesirable size for most people looking for a TV. $1900 PGUQ42 (new release) vs $1600 C2 42" currently, and you can of course get extended warranty via someone like Costco.

Edit: forgot to mention The LG/Corsair 45" are indeed the same panel, unknown if it's RGB subpixel. Probably not - I suspect they'd make it a big marketing point. The only RGB subpixel OLED displays I'm aware so far are the "printed" OLEDs made by JOLED and sold by LG in the professional series.
