Yes there is such an animal. BUT its called a BIG arsed fan.
You can get high air flow 80mm fans. You can get low noise 80mm fans. But you cant have both.

I have this on my HR-03gt NCIX.com - Buy Scythe Gentle Typhoon 92MM Case Fan 2650RPM 26DB 41.7CFM - D0925C12B3AP-14 In Canada. move's a good amount of air and is damn near silent :thumb:

I have these and they are amazing. Quiet and moves quite a bit of air. I don't recommend using them on a case window; I tried them on a Cooler Master Storm Scout and I could hear the turbulence (but not the front intake, rear exhaust or CPU heatsink).

I love negative case pressure! More air out than in....

Is it better to have negative pressure in a case then? Or positive pressure?

Positive pressure is better in general.

Have to agree once more with zero. The more fresh air you have in, the cooler it is. And don't worry if you have more intake the air will find a way out easely.

I have always ran negative pressure "design's" and in MY scenarios they always performed better than the same build using positive pressure. A google search reveal's mixed feeling's about which is best but i know what has worked better for me in my build's. The choice is your's and it isn't hard to switch a few fan's around and find out for yourself :thumb:
