Ah, I see. Yes, that is a puzzler, especially given that I watched a video of one guy saying that he saw the guy climbing up to the roof, with his weapon, and was yelling at the cops about it, while pointing to the guy...... would've thought they'd have been quicker to act. :oops:

One blurb I saw said the guy was using an AR-15 type of gun..... not sure..... is that thing, or weapons like it, known for accuracy? :unsure:

I don't know about the 1" difference, what with a bunch of Republicans blaming Biden, "for all his rhetoric about Trump being a Fascist, and a threat to democracy", which will only further fuel the wingnuts, i.e. it could happen without that 1" difference. Personally, for all the B.S. that Trump spews, along with the Republicans being entwined with the NRA(leading to the ease of gun acquisition), methinks Trump has nobody to blame but himself.

Also read that the shooter was registered as a Republican, although he apparently made a donation to some Democratic political group, IIRC, 3yrs. ago. :unsure:

I mean that 1” and the bullet is in his head. And it’s possible that the shooter registered republican for access? Idk. Lastly if someone saw him with a rifle, tried to notify the authorities, and no one did anything about it, that’s absolutely absurd.

Oh, I know what you meant, but I was saying that's it's entirely possible that the 1" may not make the difference in whether or not a civil war breaks out, i.e. just the fact that he was shot at all could be enough to fire up the wingnuts.

No, apparently down there, people register as Republican, Democrat, or Indepent, well ahead of elections. That, and it wouldn't have been for access, because the building the shooter was on was actually outside of the fair grounds(or whatever the location was), and I'm quite sure there were likely plenty of Democrat registered media people there covering the event.

I know.... only thing that makes sense, is if said police didn't see the guy that was yelling and pointing at the shooter. Seems the Secret Service folks got the shooter pretty quickly once he started, though.

if you Google Maps the site which is very easy to find, you'll see how they couldn't have seen him as he was on the backside of a sloping roof so only from a certain angle could he be seen before you start taking his position to fire, the thing I don't get is how a rooftop only a 150 meters away was left open with no SS up there with a rifle+scope, I am not big on the whole conspiracy that the SS was in on it but I have heard these trump rallies are put on rather quick and thought maybe that has something to do with it as the SS said they swept the area and rooftop of that building so maybe it was checked and the guy got lucky in his mind of being there at the right time to not be seen, it seems only a very small group of people even saw him climbing onto the roof beforehand.

I know lots of people think the US would be better off without him, I just think that would have pushed way too many people closer to thinking a civil war is needed to get "their country" back, I just wish they focused on building unity among the citizens of the US not tearing it apart for there own gain. I know I am hoping for a lot.

Yellow on the rooftop that slopes back is the shooter and red is the stage location. seems he climbed up right as they got started and popped up when he wanted to shot. crazy that this can happen with all the SS and local police around the location.


It does seem like the police heard the people yelling but from their angle when looking couldn't see the guy as he must have been on the back side of the roof. seem like this person planned this out as less he was a local which I haven't heard where he is from.

What makes me sick about all this is Trump is thief who stole money from a casino he was supposed to help get back on feet and raised money then awarded himself a big amount of the money and then left them holding the bag and walked off.

Trump also got a massive amount of relief money when a big storm went threw the state one of his golf course's was in and an employee questioned it saying why were down for 2 or 3 days and that was mainly to clean up what the storm did and there was very little damage and they showed the damage and there was next to none.

Then you got Biden who is nothing more then a puppet with others pulling the strings because he's so old.

And the saddest part is you have Robert Kennedy who make a much better leader and president if he's anything like his uncle JFK and his father Bobby,the saddest part is the people in the states couldn't see the forest the trees if their lives depended on it.

Except that, apparently he's not - most of his family thinks he's a wingnut.
 
Well, his first statements after the shooting seem pretty good, He said he had a fired-up speech about the corrupt administration but has thrown it all out and he wants to help to unity the country but is not sure if he can. hopefully, he sticks with that energy
 
There is a video out now showing attendees talking to cops and pointing out the dude getting UP on the roof, WITH the rifle. So someone did the math off Trumps speech (since you could hear it in the recording) at that time, versus when the first shot was taken.

TWO MINUTES.

The cops knew for TWO MINUTES before the dood took the shot, without response.

Someone in the secret service is gonna be fired, probably several people.
