Starfield

This has been mentioned a few times here and over in the CP2077 thread, but what do you get when you get to NG+ in Starfield? And that stands for New Game + right?

I have no idea, and I haven't wanted to look to see what you get by doing it TBH. I am very much avoiding spoilers wherever possible.

I also, finally started getting some beauty shots now that I figured out how to do it, of my ships in space flying. I am honestly very happy with this design.

Great shots! The colouring is cool too.

And that is a good point about NG+. I didn't think of it as a spoiler as I don't think I've played that level in any game yet, so wasn't sure what it was.

I know one thing about NG+ but I wont say it because I don't want to ruin it for anyone else.
I also don't know if this character I have will ever go there. I am having way too much fun exploring, building outposts, ships to want to end the game and lose all that.

Thanks! I'm getting much better at ship building. I'm currently saving my credits right now because in 4 levels I will cross 60 and that should be the last unlocks for ship components. Then I can refurbish my existing ships with new modules and make at least one more ship. I want to finally design a fighter or something, but everytime I start building it gets massive lol.

I don't think it counts as a spoiler... the mission where you help get the ship design team, do they actually end up building something different depending on your choices? Mostly wondering do the choices really make any impact, or do they all just end up at the same place?

I did a bunch of other things in-between though so it's not like I can load a save and re-do it to see either :(

There are two types of ships, and 2 Persaude Checks depending on your decision at the beginning.
If you want Small and Light and pass One of the Engineers Checks, you will get the Kepler S, which is B-Class, worth less but looks slick.

If you opt for Kitchen Sink, pass her check, you will make the 'Homer' if you remember that OLD episode of the Simpsons.
It is redicoulsly ugly but hilarous class C and worth more to sell.

I had gotten a much better ship prior to getting the Kepler S, so it was underwhelming to say the least.... wish I had picked the "kitchen sink" option instead

the newgame plus thing I played through beat the main story kind of by accident played for a while decided to start from scratch if a person wanted to the y could play through the main quest then at the end point you have a choice either to stay or continue I think most people would continue I did bescaue my curiosity got the better of me, I did did a backup save so that if I ever wanted to continue on that toon I can this time I am going to stay and play all the side quests I find interesting before I continue . I am currently starting the Walter quest , once I get higher level I think I am going to build a gunship my level is only 26 and although this ship is powerful it can only equip things at my l;evel. I am also trying top figure out how to get other ships but this ship destroys them before I can get them done so I can board them , then the thing with the other compainions complaining I am not sure if Ican just leave them else were and steal and or board and take ships will effect them , I have a sneaking suspicion tha twhat ever I do wil lhave a great effect on the game and also in game+ so I am being careful I am wonderign if it is kind of like the mass effect trilogy where you previous games effect future ms menaing when I go to NG+ will it effect that, Ireally dont want to play several hours doing certaim\n tthinsg that have a huge effect later on lol

So, another check-in to make sure I'm not missing something. Selling stuff... inventory, ship, and companions.

Selling from you own inventory - no problem.
Selling from ship - you can usually select ship, but does that include storage containers in your ship, or just your ship cargo itself?
Selling from companions - do you have to take all the stuff from your companion, put it in your inventory, and then sell it? That is what I've been doing as there doesn't seem to be a way to access companion inventory when selling, but that is tedious!

Just want to make sure there isn't a better way.

And also, resources. I am guessing that if I put a bunch of resources say in the storage containers at the Lodge, I don't have access to them out at an outpost or research/manufacturing table to use or to sell, correct? That is I suppose the attraction of making your own base to do that at.

I think the inventory system will always be the biggest annoyance. At the very least, I think there should be a link between player and ship, so that you could send your inventory back to the ship while out exploring.
