Looks like I might be getting my own little piece of la belle province... http://goo.gl/maps/es3cN The creek in the picture runs through the plot, but the plot is on the other side of the road (not the river side). There was a well and septic on it 35 years ago, but I'm sure the septic will have to be dug up, and I doubt the drilled well would be any good even if we could find it.

The farm just above that area is the old Wilson Homestead.

Huh, maybe we are distantly related. Branch of the family founded Low, before heading further up the Gatineau (Kaz/Danford and of course Wilson Lake) My grandmother was a Wilson.

There's a maximum amount you have to pay into CPP and EI each year. I hit the cap again, have for a few years now.

Really? What's the family name up Kaz / Danforth way? I'm from Dirty Sam's line....

Did you grow up and/or spend time up in Kaz/Danforth area? I spent my last couple of high school years up in low `78 - `80.

Well, your net pay is higher than a usual net pay. On the pay slip, you will see the difference in the deductions taken from your gross pay.
